Complaints procedure

Our Compliance staff will contact you within three working days to confirm receipt of the complaint.

The Compliance staff will then fully review the complaint before issuing a letter of response within ten working days of the complaint.

Occasionally we may be unable to resolve a complaint for you within that time, then we will always write to explain the reasons why and indicate how long it will take to resolve.

We will endeavour, at all times, to provide you with the best service possible.
